Sales Operations Specialist

Freeit is seeking a highly motivated individual to perform the role of Sales Operations Specialist to support its Business Operations and Finance Team. This team player will work cooperatively with members of the Sales, Marketing and Technical Team to deliver and support efficient operations and finance functions, while maintaining a collaborative, client and solutions-oriented approach. This person will have the opportunity for growth and training in a fast paced, high-growth industry.

What You Will Do

Compose formal price quotations of varying solution configurations
Work closely with outside Account Executives to apply Freeit’s pricing framework to quotes.
Process orders and track them through to delivery.
Prioritizing and organize tasks to meet client needs and deadlines.
Assist the sales team with any resources they may need, including deal registrations & competitive analysis.
Complete other tasks as assigned, help with office management, and remain calm and focused under pressure.

What You Need to Bring

Must be very detail-oriented with a solid math foundation.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills.
Must be forward-thinking and able to think out of the box
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and formulas.
Be prepared to quickly learn Freeit¹s pricing strategies and line cards of products.
Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and phone communication to effectively work daily with distribution partners and equipment manufacturers.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Work ethic and ability to quickly learn the products will factor heavily in evaluating a candidate’s suitability.
Information Technology, Business Operations, or Finance-related background is a plus.
